Types of Painting Classes

We are pleased to offer a variety of classes for your group’s needs. If you are based in Vermont or New England, we do provide in-person classes as an option. Our partners have the flexibility – all over the country – and internationally, to have a virtual sip and paint party – anytime and anywhere. In sum, we offer a lot of flexibility with our team classes. No matter the location, technology or number of people. Our packages are designed to shift based on your group’s needs and budget. How much does a paint and sip cost?
In Person Packages – $40 / Per Person

For our Standard Package we supply the following items for our in person paint night classes:
- 11″ x 14″ canvas board
- A variety of brushes
- 5-6 colors, based on the selected inspiration
- An easel for use
- Paper towels for messes
- Plastic table clothes for cover up
You provide tables and chairs for participants to sit. That’s it!
The cost is $40 per person for in person night classes.
If you are located more than 40 miles, there is a travel fee.
If you are interested in any special add-on’s such as gourmet chocolates or other sweet treats, we have many options available.

Virtual Paint Packages – $55 / Per Person
The virtual paint and sip packages we mailed customized art kits to each employee no matter than location. We can mail 40 kits to a single office and/or 50 to individuals home.
Our offering is flexible.

How does an
in person
event work?
As you learn about our business, you may or may not have hosted a creative class before. You may or may not have attended one in person. That is why we will share a snapshot below on how these classes work before the party and during, so you can wrap your head around the details.
Before the Event
- Identify a Date and Time of the Event – Collect a small deposit to hold for your group
- Identify the space – you provide tables and chairs for use, we bring everything else
- We bring all the supplies – canvas, brushes, water cups, easels, paper towels, plastic table cloths and more.
- You pick the inspiration – you choose the idea. I have an inspiration board with 1000’s of ideas to get your creative juices flowing.
- Based on the size of the group, we can discuss a projector, the space and how to setup the room. We will schedule a call to discuss if it is necessary. Beside that, that’s it!
The Day
- We arrive 1 hour early (minimum) to setup the room and connect the projects / technology, if needed.

How does an
virtual
paint event work?
Before the Event
- Identify a Date and Time – Collect a small deposit to hold for your group
- Collect and email all the names and addresses to our staff for package preparation
- Identify Zoom or Tech Connect – we can use any connect platform that is based for your team.
- Select The Picture – You can get the team’s opinion or you can make the decision! We have thousands of examples to choose from.
- Mail the supplies 2 weeks prior to the date.
- That’s it!
The Day
- We log in early to test the connection and get setup. We are ready for your team before they are.
- Welcome team – Let’s do this!
- Host Kick Off
- Supply Review
- Ice Breakers
- Share our artwork with others during the class
- Optional sipping
- Private painting instruction
- Group photo is captured at the end of the class that night and emailed immediately for sharing pleasure.

How much time do you have? There are SO many benefits to our creative classes. We have been around a while and, honestly, been too good and bad experiences. There are many questions on what to look forward to in a good class, which we are happy to share.
- Practicing creativity is a valuable trait to practice, as it translates to how we think and troubleshoots in our personal and professional lives.

Many options are landscapes, local attractions, holidays and other themes.We have seen it all. Even company logos ( like a Cheetah! ). - The process of creating something gets people to think differently.How do I hold this brush? How do I mix green? Should I do another coat of white?We learn a lot about our selves and others, when we are put into a situation where we shift our perspective and try something new. This is a very similar concept to an escape room, etc.Allowing ourselves to explore new skills and thought patterns through art is invigorating.As professionals in team painting and sip events, we know how to guide your team and empower them to take advantage of that opportunity.

- Large franchise companies also are stretched for supplies and high quality talent, so the pricing is higher.We keep our parties affordable and do not increase pricing to gain more profit, which is a benefit for you.You pay less and receive a higher quality of service.
- Quick email response times and prompt quotes are delivered within 24 hours.Many franchise companies struggle to find quality instructors and respond as quickly.
That is a great question. Our company is based in Vermont and is owned by Meagan Van Woert. We are not tied to a franchise. Many franchises offer similar classes, but they differ from our service in several ways.
- Our painting events are hosted in our private studio, where we combine art, wine (optional), and a bit of yin therapy.The parties are led to meet and exceed your team’s expectations by keeping the conversation active by always promoting conversation, new ice breakers and more.
- We recognize that in some parties, people enjoy art events, and some enjoy parties full of entertainment – we do both.
Every team is different we excel at reading the room and instructing the class at the pace and effort needed.Many franchise companies are focused on high-energy, music events….our style supports that, but we ebb and flow, as needed. - We use a higher quality of products than most franchise paint companies.We are proud to offer a set of 10 brushes, Reeves paints.

Do your studio include wine in the kits?
Our studio is not a licensed alcohol distributor, so we cannot include wine in our private kits.
However, that should not deter you from drinking wine, beer, etc.
Many partners in the past email a gift card or had participants bring their wine, beer, and other refreshments.
How long does it take for the painting portion?
The painting portion of the classes typically last between 1 to 2 hours from our private studio.
We can use any platform that is best for your group.
As you find the best time, we are flexible on the duration.
