How does a virtual team paint class work?
Three steps. You handle the first two, and we handle everything else.
Pick a date and a painting
Tell us your date, team size and budget. You choose the painting, or let your team vote. A small deposit holds your spot.
Send us addresses
We pack a kit for each person in our Vermont studio and ship it 7–10 business days before class. Shipping is free anywhere in the US.
Paint together, live
I lead the class live for 1.5–2 hours, or a tighter 1 hour. We chat, check in, and share everyone’s painting on screen at the end.

Everything each person needs, packed by hand

How much work is this for me?
Very little. You pick the date and send us addresses. We pack and mail every kit, set up the meeting link (or use yours), and lead the class.

How much does a virtual team paint class cost?
Classes start at $60 per person. That includes the live class, a full paint kit for each person, and free shipping anywhere in the US.
Classes run for 10 to 60 people. Bigger teams split into sessions of under 50, so everyone gets attention. Teams under 10 pay a flat rate of $600.
Shipping kits outside the US? We can do that. International shipping costs extra, and we need 4 weeks of lead time.

Planning a holiday party for a remote team?
A paint class makes an easy remote holiday party. Everyone gets a kit in the mail, which feels like a small gift before the party even starts. Then your team spends a relaxed hour or two painting together.
Choose a winter or holiday scene, or any painting you like. Not sure? We’ll suggest a few.
Book by December 6 for a mid-December class. Kits ship 7–10 business days before class, so that date gives every kit time to arrive.
What if no one on my team can paint?
That’s the point. Most people haven’t painted since grade school. I walk everyone through it step by step, at a relaxed pace, and nobody gets graded.
The laughs usually come from the paintings that go a little sideways. Everyone leaves with a finished painting to keep.
Does it work for hybrid and remote teams?
Yes. Remote people paint from home with their own kits. Office teams can gather in a conference room, with kits shipped to the office. Everyone joins the same live class.
Spread across time zones? Pick the time that works for the most people, or split into two sessions.
Paint class vs. cooking class vs. online escape room
All three can work. Here’s how they compare for a remote team:
- Paint class: no skill needed, low pressure, and everyone keeps what they made. Kits are simple to ship.
- Cooking class: fun for food lovers, but everyone needs a working kitchen, and ingredients are harder to ship.
- Online escape room: great for competitive teams, but quieter people can end up on the sidelines.

How do we get started?
First, our online paint events are setup and next steps is very easy.
Second, here are a few steps below to get started:
1. Contact us to reserve a date and time. Once a date is selected, we lock it in.
2. Start to collect and gather names / addresses / total headcount. We will partner on a deadline for addresses, so we can mail your live event packages on-time.
3. From there, we can partner on the parties theme ideas. You, as the host, you review 1000’s of paintings and choose your favorite. We can help if you need it.

What paintings do we get to choose from?
This is the best part. As the host, you get to pick the painting. Many team leads or EA’s will poll the group..
or… just make a decision! Sometimes that is easier. We have 1000’s of ideas to choose from.

How long does it take to process paint kits?
Our team building parties comes with a painting package for every participant.
Based on your location, it typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive.
As we approach the holiday season, a paint kit could take longer, however we plan for that detail.
We process our art packages quickly from our Vermont studio, the same place where we plan every team building event in Vermont down to the smallest detail. So, if you would like to schedule an art class quickly – go for it.

What can you expect from our paint class?
First and foremost, we are not boring and this is not a typical virtual paint and sip event.
Our events are designed to support your needs. As for the sip, we let team’s decide their approach- BYOB, gift cards and more.
As for our instructional approach, our primary focus is your team members experience – old or new.
We always provide a warm welcome, encourage participants to shake off nerves, and say IT IS OK if you haven’t painted in a very long time. Our private live virtual paint and sip classes eases into the new activity. Wine is optional!
From there, we kick off the creative component and incorporate several ways to engage the team – LIVE from our art painting studio. We keep our parties fun, engaging, and interactive. Ask the skeptics, they have a great time too. Contact us with any questions.

What platform do we use for our events?
Our live art events typically use Zoom, but if your company has a preferred private connect software we can use anything.
We have used Teams, Facebook, Amazon, and Google meet for painting events in the past. Our parties work on any platform.
We are pleased to offer flexibility in the online platform events.

Frequently Asked Questions
Standard is $60 per person, Pro is $65 and Premium is $70. Watercolor and canvas tote classes are $65 per person. Every price includes the live class, a kit for each person and free US shipping. Teams under 10 pay a flat rate of $600.
Kits ship 7–10 business days before your class, so earlier is easier. For a mid-December holiday class, book by December 6. International teams need 4 weeks.
