Option 1 – Hire us to teach for your group.
Our speciality is private team building painting classes for teams of all sizes. If you are interested in hosting a private party/event with an art instructor, please get in touch with us. Next, it is important to check out more party shop links below to learn more.
As the host, you can browse through over 1000 paintings and get inspired on what to paint. We handle the coordination and mail kits to each participant.
You coordinate the date and time and provide us addresses – that’s it. The per person cost starts at $55.
We do offer BONUS host gifts, if you partner with us. We tell you more about that later.
This is the most popular service, because we manage the team’s engagement, conversation and guided approach.
It is also less stressful for the host.
If this is too expensive, consider our second option below.
Option 2. Buy our Paint Kits & the group leads itself
Our self led paint class options are available for your group. We mail all the products, per the addresses you provide.
The instruction is provided by written instructions – by default.
We do offer a service to pre-recorded for an additional fee, if you want to watch and paint with necessary supply.
This is a good option if there is someone that can manage the room.
Being able to keep the group on track and… making sure everyone finishes is one of the most important parts.
It is also one of the most challenging components. That is where we typically help with the private painting parties.
We understand your budget may be limited, so we are happy to explain different experiences and paint supplies are available.
Either way – we are here to support you. Not every business will provided extra support for free.
Option 3 – Hire Us to Teach Only!
You may already have your supplies and want to hire us for instruction only! We do that too. It is only $25 per person for general admission for our private paint class.
We also include team trivia as a part of our admission. We would share a form for you to share with your group that asks 2-3 unique questions. From there, during the class we will pepper in trivia questions to see if your team can guess who. It is a great way to engage the painters and learn new things along the way.

What paint supplies do I need?
Required Items
As a teacher and artists, we get this question a lot. What do I need, and what is nice to have to execute the painting? We got you.
The products that are required are the following:
- Paint brushes ( 3 brushes at minimum is fine )
- Acrylic Paints ( White, Black, White, Yellow, Blue Red ) No more than 1 oz. per person ( more than enough ). You don’t need expensive art paints – based craft paints work well – since this is all for fun.
- Canvas ( something to paint on ) – any size works!
Another view point to consider, what other products needed to execute the class:
- Plastic cups for water to rinse your brushes
- Small paper or plastic plates to mixed paint colors
- Paper Towels for messes
- Plastic Table Cloths for tables
Nice to have - Items
Now that I have share all the required items you need for a class, here are a list of nice to have’s:
- Easels are helpful, but not required. If you can not afford easels, participants can easily lay their canvas on the plastic table cloth and paint on that.
- Aprons are a nice to have, but painters can roll up their sleeves and watch their messes. It is really just being a bit more careful.
- Painter’s palette – sometimes people like the painter’s trays with the wells, but they are not required. You can easily use a paper plate and dispose easily after class.
What size paint canvas are available?
Canvas Options
Our standard canvas option is 11″ x 14″. This is a great size, because it is not too big or too small. A painter can confidently complete a painting this size within an 90 minute to 2 hour paint class session.
Important Note – We send canvas boards not canvas. Why you ask? They transport easier because they damage less frequently and our customer’s prefer them. Our thoughts? Canvas boards are awesome. Highly recommended.
Other Canvas Sizes
Outside of our 11″ x 14″ canvas board – we can also order 9″ x 12″, 8″ x 8″ and other smaller sizes. Painting a square canvas is a lot of fun. There is not additional cost if you want to paint on a different size canvas. Just let us know in advance and we can order those for you.

First and foremost, we love leading sip and paint events, as it allows participants to relax and unwind from the everyday!

In Person Paint Class At Home
Many of you will consider this option if you want to see your people.
If you have family and friends local, you will want to gather, eat food, enjoy a beverage, get out those paint supplies and paint something fun.
You can absolutely order paint supply from us and we can ship 10 kits directly to your house.
… What is someone is sick or can’t make it in person? Can they participate remotely?
Absolutely, if you purchase art supply through us – we are happy to provide you a Zoom link if you need it.
We wouldn’t want you to leave any one out.

Hosting My Own Party & Need Supplies
Our self-led kits come with a set of 10 brushes, 6 acrylic paint colors, and a 11″ x 14″ canvas board.
Easels, aprons, gourmet chocolates and maple tasters are available as add-on’s. Cookies are not available at this time. If you have a special request for cookies, please contact us with preferred shop.
We also include step by step instructions for a variety of paintings by request.
Pre-recorded videos are also available for paint night groups for an additional rate. For specific pricing for parties, please reach out to us directly for the best rates.

Outside of basic supplies, we think it is special to add a unique treat to your package, if you wish.
We are happy to share the paint brush quality and sizes.
There are 2 larger size brushes that we use for big coverage areas. There are 4 medium size brush (s) ranging from 2-5 size that we use for outlining and filling in sections of our painting. Another brush that is included is a smaller range used for smaller details and highlighting.
Our custom pre-recorded videos option is guided and step by step for your painting night. Each step will walk you through part of the inspiration, allowing you to pause if you need more time.
The videos are a great way to have an instructor “be there” but pay a little less for a private live instructor painting with you at night or during the day. It is a great flexible option.

What do you carry in your paint and sip supplies studio?
You can absolutely add an easel to your self-led packages.

Shipping is $7.50 for self-led kits and ranges for other items once added to your cart.
Private Instructor led packages are FREE for US participants.
If you are interested in buying multiple kits, please contact us so we can get you the best shipping rate.
Yes, we do take special request for different size canvas.
Some people prefer 9″ x 12″ or 8″ x 8″ square canvas – we are happy to order anything smaller than 11″ x 14″. The reason we can’t order larger sizes because shipping rates increase quite a bit.

We suggest ordering paint kits 2 weeks before the event. That being said, we can process orders in 1-2 business days and orders typically take 2-4 business days to arrive. Let us know what your needs are and we can process your order as quickly as possible.
Imagine this, we have gotten 100’s of questions on how we can creative a custom package. Hosts ask for cookies often. Cookies you ask? Everyone loves cookies. Right now, we do not include baked goodies like cookies in our paint kits.
We do have other party add-on’s, besides cookies, in our shop like gourmet chocolate bars and maple tasters if you are interested and need to include another treat.
Another idea, if your event is in person – you could bring in cookies to the painting party.
General Art Shop Questions
How do I buy a paint kit as a gift?
Absolutely. We sell a lot of paint and sip kits as gifts in our art studio shop. When purchasing through our website, enter the receivers address for shipping and share a note it is a gift. We do not include an invoice in the mail. You can also reach out to us separately and we can include a special gift note, if you are interested.
Are the quality of products like Amazon?
Our paints and supplies are better than Amazon and Walmart because they are personalized for your needs… and the pricing is very similar.
When you shop from our business – you are supporting a female run small business vs. Amazon.
Amazon will not send you high quality paints. Perhaps paints that will bleed or brushes that may fall apart.
Amazon will send you the cheapest products in their shop that may not be reliable and could provide a negative experience for your party. Amazon may have a lot of products, but I appreciate your support for my small business. Believe it or not, I provide the same brushes, paint-sets, canvas that Amazon does,

Birthday Party Paint and Sip Supplies & Shop Questions
Yes, they do.
We do have many kit options for birthday parties. As the host you get to pick the painting for the party and I will mail the kit materials to the home / place. All include acrylic paints, brushes, canvas and more.
DIY Paint Kits are $25 each. Pre-Recorded videos are also available for purchase. Videos are a great way to capture the kids attention and I personalize the videos based on the attendees at the party, what you are painting, etc.
We do teach in person and virtual classes for kids.
Paint supplies can be mailed to the parents house, where kids can participate in the activity during the date and time.
