Planning a Virtual Paint Event
During the planning process for a paint event, you get the fun task to select the painted inspiration, and help with all the other virtual painting event details.
First, it is important to know that we provide live creative instruction for the event from our private studio.
Second, the painting supplies are mailed in advance for on-time arrival. One benefit to live paint and sip party is an inclusive experience for everyone painting.
Lastly, we help with all the coordination and details for all aspects of the virtual paint class planning.

How long is a painting event?
Our art events typically last about 1.5 – 2 hours. If you have a special request for the online paint event to specific duration, we are flexible. We can easily modify our painting schedule for your team’s needs. The online painting parties have a great flow of education and entertainment. Today, our online events are customized for your needs – all from our LIVE studio space. Most of our painting party start 15 minutes early to help with setup.

Here are the simple steps broken down for you:
1. Check our availability and lock in a date and time
2. Collect your team members addresses and share them with us.
3. We prepare and pack the paint package and put them in the mail for your team members, as soon as possible.
4. You get to pick the painting inspiration for the day or night. I have 1000’s of ideas to review.
5. We partner and use the best platform for your team. We have Zoom available, but we are comfortable using any platform. The live events are hosted from my private painting studio. The start time is flexible.

How do I schedule a painting event?
If you are looking to have an event in the next 10-14 days, there may be an opportunity. Contact us to verify our availability. You can fill out this form or chat with us on this page directly. From there, we can confirm our availability and can process paint packages within 24-48 hours once we receive the addresses. Shipping is fast, and tracking is available. Our online painting parties are designed for the painting to bring your team together. If you have questions about the sip and paint supplies, we can help.
What is the paint party cost?
Our paint and sip packages start at $55 per person. That rate includes Free Shipping and all taxes. The art kit includes a canvas board, a full set of 10 brushes, 6 custom acrylic paints and a printed inspiration. If you want us to include an art easel, a painting apron or include a sweet treat for your team, we can absolutely do that. All the creative supplies you need are available new and ready to ship in 1-2 business days for our events, from our private studio.
Paintings - Ideas for the event
Once you have reserved a day and time – we can talk about paintings. You get to decide what creative idea the group paints. Check out our inspiration board here. There are many paintings to choose from, but you also can share other ideas with us. If you would like a custom painting, we can accommodate that.

For groups of less than 15 people, please contact us to get a personalized quote. Our paint night kits ship quickly, once the team’s addresses are provided.
