Hybrid Paint Classes

Many businesses are offering flexible office schedules. Some employees can work virtually, and some may come back into the office. Our hybrid paint classes work for any model business decision for their employee’s preferences or company requirements.

How do these classes work?

The hybrid art class works very similarly to our traditional virtual paint and sip classes, except some of your team members are in the office. Here is an example: Say you have a 30-person team for a hybrid paint class. Ten participants are in the office, and 20 are remote. We would mail ten paint kits to your office and mail the other 20 packages to each participant’s home. You would reserve a conference room for the ten people in the office and connect to Zoom. The virtual participants would also connect to the same Zoom. The instructor would be virtual to maintain an inclusive environment and show their screen as they teach! That’s it. It allows the in-person team members to connect, as well as see and engage with each virtual person, as well.

What are my hybrid paint class options?

The hybrid class options are very flexible. We can ship multiple kits to a single location or multiple offices. We have hosted many, complex hybrid paint classes that include in-person and virtual painters. As the host, you would need to pick the package that fits within your budget and partner with us to reserve the best day and time for your group. We encourage you to check our availability and lock in that date, so we can get started on the next steps. As the host, you get to pick your own inspiration. We have a board full of painting ideas.

How is this different then a virtual paint class?

The only difference is there is a group of people together, at single or multiple locations. Besides that, the format, paint kits sent and pricing is the same. The biggest hybrid class we have ever taught was in 5 different office locations, with the US and International team members and there were virtual employees at their homes. We can help with all the details – so there is minimal stress for you.

What are the class costs?

The Hybrid paint class cost starts at $55 per person, which includes free shipping and tax. We have add-ons available like easels, aprons, and gourmet chocolate from Vermont if you were interested.

How does shipping work for hybrid paint classes?

If you have a group of 10 employees in person, we mail 10 paint kits to the office where they are dispersed.
If you have 20 remote employees, we mail a paint kit to each participant’s home. The shipping cost for all US participants is on us. International shipping is available upon request.

How soon can the participants get the packages?

We process party requests fairly quickly. Once addresses are provided, we can mail packages in 1-2 business days. Shipments to CA, WA, and TX usually take 3-4 business days to arrive.

Benefits to a Virtual Teacher vs. In-Person Teacher

I have personally been on the other side of the camera, while there is a room full of people and a teacher in person. It is sometimes hard to read others and get the teacher’s attention. The benefits of having a virtual art instructor for a hybrid paint class offer a balanced approach to engagement, no matter where the participants are located. If there was an in-person teacher and virtual participants, the focus will naturally shift to those in person, which could leave the virtual participant feeling isolated. Another benefit to our hybrid paint class approach.
