How do we plan a Virtual Paint Class?
How do we get started?
First, our online paint events are setup and next steps is very easy.
Second, here are a few steps below to get started:
1. Contact us to reserve a date and time. Once a date is selected, we lock it in.
2. Start to collect and gather names / addresses / total headcount. We will partner on a deadline for addresses, so we can mail your live event packages on-time.
3. From there, we can partner on the parties theme ideas. You, as the host, you review 1000’s of paintings and choose your favorite. We can help if you need it.

What paintings do we get to choose from?
This is the best part. As the host, you get to pick the painting. Many team leads or EA’s will poll the group..
or… just make a decision! Sometimes that is easier. We have 1000’s of ideas to choose from.

How long does it take to process paint kits?
Our team building parties comes with a painting package for every participant.
Based on your location, it typically takes 2-4 business days to arrive.
As we approach the holiday season, a paint kit could take longer, however we plan for that detail.
We process our art packages quickly from our Vermont studio. So, if you would like to schedule an art class quickly – go for it.
Your creative art kit in the mail within 1-2 business days typically.
What can you expect from our paint class?
First and foremost, we are not boring and this is not a typical virtual paint and sip event.
Our events are designed to support your needs. As for the sip, we let team’s decide their approach- BYOB, gift cards and more.
As for our instructional approach, our primary focus is your team members experience – old or new.
We always provide a warm welcome, encourage participants to shake off nerves, and say IT IS OK if you haven’t painted in a very long time. Our private live virtual paint and sip classes eases into the new activity. Wine is optional!
From there, we kick off the creative component and incorporate several ways to engage the team – LIVE from our art painting studio. We keep our parties fun, engaging, and interactive. Ask the skeptics, they have a great time too. Contact us with any questions.

What platform do we use for our events?
Our live art events typically use Zoom, but if your company has a preferred private connect software we can use anything.
We have used Teams, Facebook, Amazon, and Google meet for painting events in the past. Our parties work on any platform.
We are pleased to offer flexibility in the online platform events.

Frequently Asked Questions
We process a customized new art kit for each party night participant in our studio and mail it within 1-3 business days. It usually takes 3-5 business days to arrive.
Participants will get their painting supplies with plenty of time in advance of the online painting night experience.
Our $60 / pp package for our online painting nights is the sweet spot because it comes with all the basic painting supplies and an easel!
The package gives you all the best supplies for the most reasonable price.
We understand all companies have different budgets – that is why our studio offers a variety of painting night packages to support your planning.
We are a small – women owned business that is not affiliated with any big franchise. We take pride in providing a high quality service and excellent art supplies for your corporate events. Our painting parties are customized to your group’s needs.

The quality of painting instructors varies within other franchises and we provide the highest quality and true focus on your team.

Also to share, the sip portion is optional in our classes. Some enjoy wine, others indulge on coffee and tea.
Yes, we collect a small deposit to hold the date and time.
The full amount is due before the before the class participants get the paint night packages.
