We have been organizing and leading paint and sip events for 5 years. Since the pandemic, we have pivoted and turned into specialists in team-building events for large and small groups. Not all paint and sip events need to include the sip. The benefit and value of our paint and sip events are an opportunity for your group to unwind. They may sip on water, coffee, tea, wine, or others. It is up to your group!

Planning a Sip and Paint Event
We are here to help you with the planning. What do you need to do?
1) Select Date and Time
2) Identify the headcount, and then we can send you an invoice to lock in your party!
2) Next you collect the participant’s addresses and email them to us.
3) Choose the inspiration/theme ( Check out our inspiration board )
Once we have all this information, we will personalize and mail a kit to each participant.
There is very little work on your end after that. We have partnered with several Executive Assistance and party coordinators. We are here to help make your life easy.
Cost and Planning Details
Only $55 / per person – the cost includes a Private Sip and Paint Event Admission + Kit and we mail kits directly to the individual.
Custom paint colors are provided in the kit, based on the selected inspiration, for awareness.
Logistics and Execution
Firstly, planning – you collect the addresses, pick a day/time and we check our availability.
Secondly, operations – you send the connect info to the participants
Third, day of Virtual Class
– We arrive 10 minutes to help with setup and answer questions
– Kick-off – Introduction of our class, give thanks and we get started
– We talk through the materials and supplies you will need.
– Our goal is to have fun and make people feel comfortable during the class – whether they have been to a paint and sip before or not.
We keep the instruction light and encouraging. For instance, we engage the participants to ask questions and show their paintings throughout. Participants are encouraged to incorporate their own style and personality into the paint and sip experience.
How long do the classes last?
Our classes typically last 1.5 hr – 2 hrs. If you need use to shorten the painting class to 1 hour, can do that, no problem.
