General Questions

One of the best ways to get started is to contact us and tell us about your team-building event needs. From there, we can get a better sense of your event and check our calendar’s availability. Most paint classes are in one session, but in the case, you need two paint sessions, we can hold time – as we work on the rest of the party details.

The best way to check our available is to contact us with a day(s) and ideal times that are good for your group.  

Our calendar is booking quickly, so reaching out is the best first step to scheduling a virtual paint class.

Yes, we have a $200 deposit to hold a day and time for the private event. 

We email you a digital invoice where you can use any major credit card for the payment.

We are very flexible with our class format. If you would like to include team trivia or other team engagement ideas, we can absolutely build that into the class.

We are very mindful to engage all participants and encourage discussion amongst the painters.

We unfortunately are not licensed alcohol distributors, so we are unable to mail alcoholic beverages. However, we do encourage BYOB or you can send a separate gift card or gift. We are looking to establish partnerships in the future for wine gifts.

Absolutely, if your leader would like to share a few words of thanks or gratitude, we welcome that. We can format our art class to any needs of yours.

Costs and Package Options

The private instructor cost is built into our packages. There isn’t a flat fee. We keep the cost affordable for many companies of all sizes to be able to participate in our paint experience. Our private instructor classes start at $55 per person. That includes all the art supplies, shipping, taxes, and the instructor leading the experience. We typically have a 15 person minimum for the $55 rate, but if you have less than 15 people, we do offer exceptions and discounts.

Our standard paint kits at $55 per person –  do not include an easel, but you can add an easel to any package for only $5 per person.

We have them separate to offer more flexible pricing for our customers.

If you have a group of fewer than 15 people, please contact us.  Our flat rate for groups under 15 people is typically $850, but we may be able to offer you special pricing, based on your team’s size, location, and needs.

For a private instructor-led class, the standard package cost is $55 per person.

We do have a $45 per person cost, if you would like a recorded video to follow vs. a live instructor. 

We are currently offering a promotion where shipping is Free to you, if your participants live in the United States!

We pay for all the shipping costs behind the scenes, which makes your life a bit easier, as you plan the paint event.

We include taxes for the paint supplies in the per-person cost.

If you purchase chocolate add-on’s from us, you will see a 6% tax for those items.

The full amount is due 2 weeks before the class date. We will share all of these dates and timelines with you, as we discuss the class details.

 

We partner with Square solutions, which means we email you a digital invoice that makes it very easy for payment.  You can use any major credit card and receipts are available for the expenses. 

Shipping Details

For our private instructor-led art classes and video instruction, the shipping cost is currently included in the per-person cost. If you are buying self-led kits or other items, shipping costs are available in our online store and are configured based on the items you are buying.

International shipping is available. We primarily use USPS, however have partnered with FedEx, as well. The cost for shipping ranges quite a bit. We typically see the following patterns to give you a snapshot:
First Class International | No Tracking | 2-5 week arrival – Ranges $25-45, based on location
Priority International | Tracking Available | 2-4 weeks arrival – Ranges $50 – $65, based on location
Global Express | Tracking Available | 1-2 week arrival – Ranges $75-$100, based on location

Some countries may have additional import/export taxes, which you are responsible for.
Some countries may process deliveries more quickly or slower than described above.

If you are interested in international shipping, I can provide you with more context based on where your team member is located. In most cases, we have no problems and it takes 2-3 weeks for arrival. UK, France, Mexico, Canada, Japan, Switzerland – we haven’t had any issues.

US-Based packages take 2-5 days to arrive, based on location and the time of the year. We typically mail kits, as soon as the addresses are received or instructed to mail them closer to the party date.

We strive to mail our paint packages 7-10 days before each event.

Tracking information is available for all US shipments.

Yes, we use USPS and FedEx for our shipping needs.  If you need a package sooner, we can verify the best rate and share options with you.

Planning an Event

Our private instructor per person cost of $55 / per person is set for 15 people or more.
If you have less than 15 people, please contact us to tell us more about your group.
We partner with smaller groups often and get send you different pricing options, based on your needs.

We do have special pricing for smaller groups. We also have video instruction and self-led kits if your budget is tied to a specific per-person cost. Contact us and we can share all the options with you directly! It will save you the headache of trying to figure it out on your own.

Once your date/time is reserved, we will mail you an address template which you can input addresses. If you need help collecting addresses from your team, we have a couple of options to support. Most hosts will fill out the address template and return it back to us.

We are flexible. Let us know how we can help. We will also share a deadline for collecting addresses, so we can mail the kits for on-time arrival.

 

We leverage with Zoom for all our classes, however, if your company prefers to use another platform – that works for us.  We are comfortable with Amazon, Teams, WebEx, Google Meet, and more.

As the host, you get to pick what we paint.  We have an inspiration board to ‘get you inspired’ on what you want to paint.  From there, we will choose our next steps!  If you feel overwhelmed, we can absolutely send you 3-5 ideas to choose from.

If you are able to decide your inspiration 2 weeks before the class, that is ideal so we can include a printed inspiration in the paint packages.

If you can’t decide before then, it is no problem.  We can easily share a digital copy of the inspiration the day of the class.  

Our classes typically last 1.5 to 2 hours.  The sweet spot is 1.5 hours.  For very detailed painting, we may need closer to 2 hours.  Sometimes teams only have 1 hour – that does work, but we would choose a more simple inspiration, so we can complete it on time!  Let us know what time frame is best for your corporate group.

Yes, if your team is limited to a 1 hour window – we can absolutely accommodate that for a painting activity.  Contact us to check our availability.

We are focused on the team’s experience, so we recommend keeping classes at most of 50 participants to 1 instructor.  If you group is larger, we will bring in another instructor to support and foster engagement.

We partner with large groups often. For groups over 50 people, we bring in another instructor to help and sometimes we may break it up into 2 sessions.

There are several options we can share with you.  Mostly importantly, it is important to know we are flexible to accommodate your team’s needs.

Public Classes vs. Private Paint Class

Right now, we host limited public class.  However we do aim to host one per month.  You can follow our upcoming events here and following our Facebook page for the latest information.

In person events will start at $40 per person.  Virtual sip and paint classes are $55 per person.

We post in our blog weekly and market any classes / paintings for you to follow.

In Person Classes
