Practice makes perfect – A Team That Loves to Create

2022 has continued to proved challenges and it is more important than ever we take care of ourselves and those around us.  What does that mean?  You could be planning a team-building paint class for your group.  It’s time to focus on you.  You could also be painting on your own or with friends to practice creativity.  This is all wonderful and we should embrace the opportunity.    Each and every effort we can do for ourselves or others give someone a break from the stress and things in our lives that are outside of our control.

I am here to encourage and support you to practice creativity any way that you wish.  Whether you paint, grab a camera, draw or even whip out a new recipe.  Try something new and experiment.  The most important is to make time for it.  We all have so many distractions in our lives – positive and negative – carve out the time do something for you.   Even better, grab a friend or partner to try it too.  Focus on you ( & others ) will bring so much joy.

That being said – practice or make time to try something new.   If you are painting, practice will not only evolve your skills but will allow you to develop your own sense of style.  You will be able to determine what you like to paint and how you go about it.

Make this time for you.  You are worth it.

Keep It Simple
Finding the grove

As we talk about practicing, experimenting, and finding time for you – let’s make a routine of it.

You determine the frequency, as each of our lives and demands are different.

You choose Saturday morning or Friday night to pick up your paintbrush and join a virtual class.

If you represent a large group for your organization, know that your employees appreciate virtual events and it will bring them closer.  A virtual paint class is a great option, amongst other things.   Our classes are known for bringing the group together but also allowing your team members to unwind in their own space.  We can’t tell you the number of people that shared our paint class was the perfect mix of peaceful downtime for themselves and learned something new about a co-worker.  Continue to bring your teams together in this virtual and hybrid work environment.  They need it more than you think.  And you need it to retain your employees.
